药物依赖

一直以来，像伤风感冒这种小病痛我都不会去看医生，除非真的倒下了才会去求医。 自小开始，伤风感冒一直困扰着我，到今天，只要我睡眠不足，忘了盖被，隔天早上一定会running nose不止，打喷嚏不停。

一直以来尝试过不同的中西药，服食维生素C, 多吃橙，但是都无法舒缓伤风感冒对我的困扰。直到去年一次病倒了，医生就给了我这个Nasatab的感冒药，一吃就见效，running nose迅速变干，只不过人就很dizzy很蠢蠢欲睡。

到今天为止，我想我已经服用了好几十粒的Nasatab来克服伤风感冒。前天伤风又发作，药吃完了结果又跑药房去领了30粒来备用。

想想起来有些不对劲，我目前的处境是在依赖这药物Nasatab，虽然有效，但是也担心长期服用它的副作用。 网上找了一下资料，其实这药物的含毒性蛮重量的，怪不得这么有效，当中对我的副作用是服用后会昏昏欲睡。

虽然我不是固定每天都在服用，只在严重伤风感冒的时候才服用，但是长期依赖下去也不是办法的。伤风感冒难道就没有一个完全可以根治的方法吗？

开始坏了

无独有偶，身边的东西一样样开始坏了：

1运动鞋开始坏了
目前的运动鞋是在2005年尾买的，穿了差不多3年，也差不多接近退休。耐克其实也真不耐，下次要买阿迪达斯。

2上班皮鞋开始坏了
每天都穿的皮鞋也开始坏了，下垫已经损烂，随时会穿洞的可能，平均1年半需要换一双，这笔钱可不少。

3腰带开始坏了
一直都舍不得买好一点的真皮腰带，每次买几十块的，穿了差不多几个月，皮带的皮就会剥落，真的是一分钱，一分货。

4手机开始坏了
用了差不多4年，外观已经损烂得七七八八了，朋友在这段期间也换了好几次手机，唯我还是在用同一款手机。最近毛病开始来了，会自动关机，偶尔反应迟钝了。

5车子老毛病了
自动无尾英雄6年的车龄，没劲没力，已经不是昔日英雄了，现在只能像只乌龟慢慢走。关掉冷气走还勉强有力一些，换车也许是最后唯一的打算；但是钱不够怎么换？

一时之间什么都开始坏了，样样都要钱来更换，不精打细算怎么行啊？

在这万物通膨的时代，生活真的是难上加难......无奈

泄气透了

困扰的思绪，方向的不明确。烦恼接二连三，问题重复一直再重复。

原本的毅力和推动力完全不起劲了！
