天天锻炼



众多的Les Mills Program 中,长期最喜欢Body Attack和Body Step 了。 最近喜欢上了Body Pump 也开始学 Body Jam, 但是就是对Body Combat 没什么兴趣。
上的Program多了,时间表也越来越满了,现在每天最少上一课,1天1小时的运动量应该刚刚好。
